After enjoying the close encounter with the turtles, you will have the opportunity to go deep into the jungle to dive into a cenote. These are bodies of water considered sacred by the Mayans, you will feel a connection with nature when you cool off in one of these natural pools and you will be filled with energy. Some of these cenotes are still a source of water for some Mayan communities today.

Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
