Recommendations
It is a large archaeological site and it is recommended to have adequate physical condition to walk its trails and climb its buildings. During the tour you walk approximately 4 kilometers. Bring clothing that covers the body, closed shoes, hat, sunscreen and ecological repellent of your preference.
The pick up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you communicate 24 hours before your tour to reconfirm your schedule.
Regulations
Due to the characteristics of the tour, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility, pregnant people or in wheelchairs.
Tours are not cancelable, but can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If your activity includes transportation, you must contact the phone 983-162-0330, 24 hours before the reserved date, to confirm the pick up time and the meeting point.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
