Enjoy a VIP beach experience at Parque Garrafon Isla Mujeres, an enchanting paradise where you may relax while admiring captivating natural landscapes.
Upon arrival at the beach park, you will have access to the following facilities:
-Tamarindos restaurant (buffet meal accompanied with domestic open bar)
-The VIP zone (VIP hammocks and sun lounges, and international open bar)
-Beach club (panoramic pool, sun lounges, hammocks, and lockers)
-Snorkel and kayaks
-Unlimited use of zip lines
By the end of the tour, you may enjoy a tour through downtown Isla Mujeres and take a stroll in Punta Sur.
Note: From August 19, 2019, and until further notice, the appointment for excursions to Garrafón Park will be at the Langosta Beach pier.

-The ferry departs at 9:00 am (you must arrive 30 minutes in advance)
-Use of the Royal Garrafon facilities (Tamarindos restaurant, VIP zone, beach club, snorkelling, kayaks, zip-line, and temazcal)
-Buffet meal with the following menu: grilled meat, spinach ravioli, pasta, steamed vegetables, green salad, fruit salad, mixed ceviche, sashimi, paella, dressings, calamari, and cold cuts
-Photos of the zip line activity
-Pier tax (USD $10 per person)
-Ground transportation from your hotel (USD $15 p/p)
-Extra cash for souvenirs
-Change of clothes
-Minors aged 6 to 12 pay the child rate
-Infants aged 0 to 5 pay no pier tax nor admission
-Snorkeling and kayaks are subject to availability, weather permiting, and are not refundable.
-The temazcal is not available on Saturdays.
-Policies for the zip line
* Maximum weight: 130 kg
* Minimum age: 13
* Children aged 4 to 12 must participate accompanied by a guide
-Children aged 6, and older, pay the transportation fee (children under the age of 6 pay no fee, but must travel on their parents´ lap)
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
